If there's one thing DC will never leave you wanting for, it's crazy!

On that note, we busted a guy the other day who was flashing in one of our parking lots. Upon apprehension, he apparently had no idea that exposing oneself was the least bit illegal, and quite cheerfully did it again TO THE OFFICERS.
