Rating: PG-NC-17
Disclaimer: Don't know, don't own, never happened.
Summary: Bam would rather play hockey, and Ville would rather figure skate. They're still in love. Will their love survive Ville going to college?

Ville delivered Bam quite faithfully back in front of his home. He begged off staying another night, saying he had some studying to do. When the boy began to pout, he bent and tenderly kissed his younger lover on the mouth.
“Are you going to call me tonight?” Bam asked pitifully, his pout having been spoiled by that kiss.
“Of course I am.” Ville said soothingly. So the younger let him go. He jammed his hands in his pockets as he walked, feeling the weight of his skates in his backpack.
The house was empty when he arrived, and so he simply went up to his bedroom to stretch out on his bed. With a tight swallow, he clapped his hands over his eyes to stop the tears that were threatening to fall.
Lying to Bam was never something he intended to do. Lying to Hayley wasn’t either. Of course she would have to ask about it in front of him, wouldn’t she? He would have told her when they were alone it was just---.
Ville sighed. It wasn’t fair to blame either of them because he was lying. He sat up and stretched, feeling his back crack into place with a contented feeling. Besides, he reasoned with himself, it wasn’t as though he was really going to get in. He had just applied, and there wasn’t any harm in that, was there?

There was a restless, uneasy feeling in Bam that he couldn’t quite place. It was a sinking, sick feeling in the pit of his stomach. There was no reason for him to feel that way, of course. But he still couldn’t shake the feeling off.
He lay on his stomach on his bed, staring at his pillows. Suddenly, for some reason that he couldn’t explain, he wanted Ville next to him. He wanted to see his boyfriend smile, wanted to hear him laugh.
He wanted him right there, next to him.
