So I picked up Angel, my bird sitter's daughter's parakeet today. Elena had a baby, so I'm going to try to hand-tame Angel a bit so that he's nicer and won't bite the baby. So far, so good. Got his wings clipped. He can still out-jump and run me, and still hides behind things, but at least he can't fly to another room and get stuck up high

Shower

Puggy, Angel and I took a shower last night. Went well. Angel was even calm enough to sit on my finger. After the shower, we all got in my bed, and Puggy would preen Angel then turn her head so he could preen her, and he just stood there. It was so funny! Such a typical girl/guy relationship. She's being snuggly, and he just sits there. I laughed

I left my camera in my car yesterday, so I didn't take any. I will definitely take some tonight or this weekend. Puggy hasn't left me for Angel quite yet... In fact, she was a tad posessive last night. She was snuggling with my face as I was lying down, and Angel came up to snuggle too, and she barked at him to back up. It was kinda funny. Once I get Angel on my finger, or have him snuggle with my face he's fine, its just getting him there that's still hard and a tad painful to my hand...

Are the tags suppose to bring up pics of the birds? If so, it's not working.

Nope. Tags are there to define the subject of the post. Supposedly you can make it so if you click on a word, all posts that have that subject tag will be shown. So like you can look at all the ones I marked as being about Puggy, or all the ones I marked as being fun tests... Go to the FAQ section to learn more..
