There is increasing unrest within the population. Although the numbers are at this point insignificant and a real insurgence movement is unlikely, certain suspicions are being aired over the network which may be encroaching too close to the truth

Honestly. I am glad someone is able to keep a cool head during all these proceedings. It's useless to say anything to them at this moment.

Still, do try to keep cool. Heat stroke is rather unbecoming and troublesome if you have to take any sick days, because of it.

Hm, you should also be aware that I recently employed a new reaper. Mentioned only as she might be picking up some of the bodies that occasionally litter the layers and would not like her to be mistaken for a common body-snatcher. While they are mostly in the Abyss, one never can be too sure. And paperwork has been a little slow in the Ministry. I would blame the heat and the lethargy that it causes, but it ultimately comes down to the fault of the person.
