There is increasing unrest within the population. Although the numbers are at this point insignificant and a real insurgence movement is unlikely, certain suspicions are being aired over the network which may be encroaching too close to the truth.
As of this moment I have received no orders, and I believe that is for the best. Actively silencing such communications may in fact lend credibility to conspiracy theories. Alpha would be wise to ignore them until a rebellion seems imminent.
On more mundane topics, petty crime is on the rise. The summer heat appears to affect Terrans more than it does Elysians.
