Taint the Afternoon Cakes

Mrs. R. makes fig cakes for tea which are fit for a king, queen, princess or, in our case, a creative, naughty girl! The recipe comes from the kitchen of Versailles but, apparently they were so good, they never made it to the Court since they were eaten by royal help along the way. in the bottle: warm and cakey - totally yum.

wet: sweet and cakey, with a hint of spice - might be the graham.

drydown: as it dries down the fruitiness from the figs comes out. it never becomes an in your face fruit scent - the warm sweetness from the cake is always there backing it up.

verdict: this is really quite yummy and lovely. if you're into foody scents, this is a good one to check out. ^_^
