What to do?

I ordered three bottles from Possets, two for myself and one for a swap. The one for the swap leaked in transit and the label is completely soaked with oil. Then on my way home from work the second bottle leaked and the pretty label is now soaked as well (normal handling, I didn't turn it on its side or anything

Yup, white lids. Thanks for letting me know! She's always been tops with her business, so I don't want to be a pesky customer, but if she knows about it then yeah I'll send her an email.

and my bottle of Lambs had a white lid and leaked everywhere, ruined the label too. She'll make it up to you.

She recently did away with the white caps for that very reason. There was a big discussion in the Possets forum over whether or not to switch, and she chose to do so. she just was waiting till all the white ones got used up. Let her know :)
