What to do?
I ordered three bottles from Possets, two for myself and one for a swap. The one for the swap leaked in transit and the label is completely soaked with oil. Then on my way home from work the second bottle leaked and the pretty label is now soaked as well (normal handling, I didn't turn it on its side or anything)
Is this just par for the course for these bottles or is it worth trying to contact Fabienne? I'm also torn about what to do with the swap bottle... I don't have the cash to replace it but I feel bad giving a bottle in that condition to someone, the scent is NOT me so keeping it isn't an option.
Opinions please?
