That means I swam 300m today. 200m breaststroke and 100m of something approximating freestyle (with bonus gasping like I was dying towards the end).

It's a start.

* Picked up stuff to clean the windscreen - and cleaned the windscreen;
* CLEANED OUT THE FRIDGE! Feel like I deserve a medal, for bravery, for facing some of the aging detritus in there.

And that's two things more than were absolutely necessary, which is double what I'm aspiring to achieve each day, so I'm happy.

I ate my first fresh figs this week. The dried ones look so disgusting, like old dried-up dung, that I've never been able to bring myself to eat them even though people say they're nice.
