What's this for? Those of you in New Zealand are probably familiar with the New World Supermarket advertising on telly - where you can hear what the people are thinking as they shop? Last time I went shopping (for shampoo, nominally) - came out with shampoo&conditioner in a new-to-me brand, $15 of assorted fruit (honey dew and rock melons, grapes, mandarins, and persimmons - YUM!) and naan bread. You have a geek accent - Problem Solved.

I'm not kidding, these actually exist. Take Justin and I - Justin has people thinking he is American all the time, and I have people thinking I'm British (I sound like you, remember?) - Justin has a television kid accent, and we have book kid accents.

What do you think?

I get told I sound like an Aussie, an American, or a Pom on a regular basis.

Especially when I've been visiting AUckland and get back home to Rotorua.

Why? Who knows. Curse of the geek accent I suppose. (mahal.dx.com)
