It's Danny's memorial service this afternoon. At a Catholic church in Newton. For all my funeral-going, I don't end up in a Catholic church very often. For porcelina_blue and anyone else who's interested, these are my favourite tofu recipes. Generally adored by all and sundry (including meat-eaters), these are three of my most frequently-made tofu meals. Try them out for yourself - I hope you like them as much as we do!

I've just purchased a large fresh tuna, freshly smoked (yay for fisheries people visiting workplaces with chilled vans!). Any recommendations as to what I should cook with it for dinner tonight? I've been recipe hunting, but nothing's struck my fancy yet.
