Fresh Smoked Tuna

I've just purchased a large fresh tuna, freshly smoked (yay for fisheries people visiting workplaces with chilled vans!). Any recommendations as to what I should cook with it for dinner tonight? I've been recipe hunting, but nothing's struck my fancy yet.

All suggestions will be considered, at least until I run out of fish!
