I don't have a bed time fixed, but I do have fairly firm instructions to take my meds at the same time each day, which does seem to be making a difference. Which means an alarm goes off at 6 every morning, weekend or not, and at the very least I get up and take meds, although sometimes I also then go back to bed, or to nap on the couch for a while.
So are these headache meds, or something else, and what are they? Better yet, are they helping? :D
These new ones, added to the current regime, are Melatonin. Taken as I go to bed, but the best natural melatonin production usually occurs between 10-11pm each night. So the pills and the natural production combined should help.
I'm already used to taking a beta-blocker when I go to bed, so it's not hard to me to remember this one.
It's remarkably difficult to do, isn't it? I think my body's refusing to cooperate - Tuesday night I made it home by 11pm, Wednesday by 11:30, and last night it was just after midnight. However, tonight I shall triumph, and collapse early ...
Thursday's date - not so brilliant. I think I preferred Wednesday's (different bloke).
