I heard from Laurie a week or so ago: the plan at the time was for Deb's brother to fly to Massachusetts this week for his final workup (they got federal funding for the transportation), and for the transplant to take place not long after. Deb's health has been in a general decline, so the transplant team is feeling more urgent. Laurie asked that
