I wished all my life that I could donate blood, but there's a silly law that won't let me since I don't weigh enough.

since I don't weigh enough. ... wish I had that as the reason!. The first time I went and they checked my blood-iron levels and said I was too low ... it would almost be better if they gave me a pint while I was there instead!!!

I got alarmed there for a while when you said you decided to 'drop' LJ I thought you meant you were leaving permanently!!

Hee - I made a promise to myself I would be around LJ a lot ... so was upset I had to step away for a couple of days. It's nice to be able to step away, but nicer to be able to return!
