A Final Farewell

Yesterday I went to Jiffy's funeral.  There are very few pet cemeteries, but fortunately for me there is one about a 40 minute drive from me

I'm very behind on LJ, so didn't read about Jiffy before. I'm very sorry for your loss. And yes, it's a lovely place! <3

Once my cats cross the Rainbow Bridge, I really don't know what I will do. They're my only company these days.

You found a lovely resting spot for your little man. I'm sure your parents would say job well done. Jiffy's life was filled with love. Now that you have completed this task, a more difficult one begins. Missing his smiling face and warm loving being. As the days go by you will find yourself remembering him and feeling his love.

I am so glad I found this place - he had been so special to all of us, it was lovely to find somewhere special to lay him to rest.

Yes, the house certainly seems very empty, but I do remember a lot of fun times as I look at the empty spaces
