I was up most of the night last night. At about 4:30, I figured I'd stay up an hour later and call a friend. Turned out to be 6 when I called. I hadn't talked to him in a long time, so it was fun to catch up. Maybe he wasn't goofing off... maybe he was working hard, but didn't want to appear rude.

Well... when I called, he was on number 93 in a list of 100 random things... which didn't apply to work at all, so I think I'm not to blame totally... besides, after knowing me as long and as well as he does, I don't think he'd worry too much about being rude.

That would depend on your definition of "too well"... yeah, he knows me well, we've been talking for a couple years. In most relationships, you get to a point where it doesn't matter if you're rude, they'll still love you. Besides, sometimes, people need someone to be rude, to wake them up about something.
