Toe Update

Hey everyone. Thanks for your input.

I'm happy to report that I finally went through with the hole-poking with a hot needle. Other than the gross sizzling sounds and a slight sting, it didn't hurt a bit. And my toe is now nicely deflated and feeling much better.

Argh!

My nail lifted almost right off this morning, only held on on the outer edge. But I wasn't brave enough and didn't have enough time before my train to try to remove it, so I put a plaster on to hold it down and get my sock on.

I was going to go read your food blog after this, however upon reflection, I think I will mix a martini and lie down for a while. And I'm going to have to reconsider those steaks for dinner too....C G & E
