I'm unsure exactly what the story of Candice is. Apparently, she was born a man in south Africa, and reidentified herself when she settled in London in 2004. Her first art was being create when she was 10, and constructed a makeshift installment of a refugee centre entitled 'Mommy, my brain hurts.'
