On this eve of Hurricane Katrina's anniversary, I am worried, as the rest of the New Orleaners, about the threat that Hurricane Gustav is to the Crescent City. My thoughts are with the city and all its people and I hope that the storm choses to move away from that very fragile and unique place.

Viktor and I have set a date to move in May of '09. This is when my teaching contract ends and he finishes his last units in school. 
Though we had originally planned on moving to New Orleans, this will not be the case.

 I am so confused.... so confused...

I have learned so much more about myself over the past five years and sadly this knowledge has not been helpful in planning my future.

There a few things that cause anxiety for me;

1.having to drive to get anywhere, esp. in traffic (as a san franciscan, i was spoiled, I WALKED almost everywhere)

I am probably the only person on the face of this planet that did not enjoy this movie. Heath was fine, a great Joker portrayl and Harvey Dent was awesome. My complaint, as it was even more so noticable then in that last Batman film, which I also didnt love, is Gotham City itself.
