I have several items in my possession that I need to get rid of. Permanently, preferably. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can accomplish this?

I was hoping I could make an appointment to see the psychiatrist. I have a few... important questions to ask. If possible, I would like to see him as soon as I can.
