"Excellent choice," Theta Lou confides, giving Isis a pair of ballet flats. They're sequined red-and-green, very similar to the style of his chucks.

LOL alert: Wearing these slippers for the first time will induce a light-hearted feeling and an irrepressible urge to dance as long as they're on. After they're removed for the first time, the feeling will go away, and they will be a very comfortable, if rather normal, pair of shoes.

(( Of course, you have the option not to accept the LOL. Your character can lose the shoes, chuck them, give them to someone else (and pass on the LOL with the other mun's position), or ask Theta Lou for something else. Or you can always save it for later. ))

*Well hello there, little-bit-foxy. Changeling, still under the effects of that nasty Grinch's LOL, is quite casually infringing upon any normal person's idea of a personal space bubble. Although at least the effect is getting a little weaker, today. Everyone may breathe a sigh of relief for that.

Well, except maybe Theta Lou Who. Considering he currently has a slender green fellow all up in his personal space. Oh, my.*

Hmmm, I always liked Blitzen. Not that I could really tell you why.

Theta Lou is immune even to the charms of little green men! (Including the Grinch.) In fact, Changeling might notice that the after effects of the Grinch's LOL feel even weaker once he's in Theta Lou's proximity. "I often find people like Blitzen for the name," he confides with a shrug. Changeling gets a pair of super shiny red ice skates for his trouble.

"Never heard of them." Normally it'd come out confused, like she'd like to know; right now she just sounds annoyed. Like if she hasn't heard of Santa's reindeer, clearly they don't matter.

Theta Lou scratches his head, trying to think of how to remedy this problem, and produces a copy of The Night Before Christmas. "Just don't believe what it says about eight tiny reindeer," he advises cheerfully. "They're bloody huge!"

Lily is sniffling, dressed today in a rather shapeless green dress with red stockings and black, heeled ankle boots. She looks fairly unhappy, and is eyeing the remnants of a snowglobe nearby.

"I always heard 'all of the other reindeer' as 'Olive the other reindeer'. Does that count? If not, I prefer Comet."

This is Theta Lou's concerned face, as he gravitates toward Lily and offers her a cheerful bell on a ribbon - a necklace, of course. "Comet's a good choice. Is something the matter?"

Lily cheers up slightly to see Theta Lou, and accepts the necklace from him, tying it round her neck with a small smile.

"I'll be all right. It's just - that other man, when you weren't here - he gave me a snowglobe that made me feel horribly lonely."

Forgotten by everyone except the people answering Theta Lou's question, anyway - this is the second vote for Blitzen! And the prize? Well, it happens to be a pair of shiny red ice skates. In the correct size. How did he know? Well, it's best not to ask silly questions.
