You know how some people are attractive, but just radiate wrong? That's what the new arrival does, but triple that. She's a Japanese schoolgirl (tentacles not included) with a weird fashion statement: a metal "collar" around her neck. And not the fun kind of collar, either. She's carrying a large backpack, and in her hand, there's a sickle. Nice ( Read more... )

Nothing, if it's other people who don't belong to me. If it's people trying to kill me or people I like, I tend to take lethal exception to it.

But the problem with kill-or-be-killed going on 24 hours a day is that you don't have time or thought for anything other than immediate survival.

"It's getting boring." She wrinkles her nose. "At least I've had time for beauty work."

Did someone say tentacles? This fellow, however, seems more like a proper middle-aged gentleman than anything else, and would only be amused and mildly sickened if it knew about hentai.

[Nothing particularly, until of course it is one's own life that's up for it next. Both killing and the desire to survive are completely normal biological drives, and I don't know that you can say anything in nature is wrong. It simply is.]

[Well, morals do get a bit funny. No one can agree on what's moral and what isn't, although most of the time it comes down to 'that which is against me is evil, and that which aids me is good, and never the two shall meet.' The majority of creatures want to live, very much, and so they cannot really help but let it cloud their judgement.]

"Heh, it's all relative. There's some people who'd go 'round saying 'everyone has a right to live and breathe and be happy'. Even given what they're doing with those happy little lives. Funny. Far's I'm concerned? It's something's got to be done." ...not mentioning the bit where he actually *likes* it and all that.

Girl number eleven, meet Nightwing. He is standing on a brick fence nearby, practically shining with that vigilante aura. Granted, his acrobatic build and lack of cloak makes him pretty bad at looming.

"What isn't?"
