that always frustrates me. with me, I can't always control my actions. I just get so upset that I pull away from everyone and say things to keep them away, when really I'm screaming for help...but they don't hear because they can't feel what I'm feeling.

its really sad because those are the unheard cries that can often lead to suicide. but nobody cares enough to really try to help others.

but I think you and I will be okay jackie. and simply the fact that we realize these faults in human beings gives hope that others can too. you just have to find that one person who will always be there for you. friend or more. I really do hope you feel better <3
