Dean had received his schedule earlier and was still celebrating getting into all the classes he wanted. It was his last night of freedom, and part of him thought he should be out being social, but part of him thought just hanging in his room with the door propped open, relaxing, was the best bet. Evie was so nervous about her new classes that her early evening in, to prepare and possibly get ready, is just not happening. So she goes wandering. And knocks on her next-door neighbor's door first. "Hullo?"

"Evie! Hey!" Dean smiles as he finishes taping up the schedule. "Ready for classes tomorrow?"

"Not really," Evie said, wandering in, looking frazzled. She'd put her hair up with a pencil as well as the usual hair ribbon, and her glasses were still perched on her nose. "I have two classes tomorrow, and now I'm terrified I shall fail both of them. What was I thinking? Why didn't I sign up for easy courses, or, or, something where they'd expect me to know nothing, like American History?"

Dean motioned to the chair, raising his eyebrows in invitation as he flopped onto his bed. "Well, I have World History with you, right? So there'll be at least one other person in the class who knows entire volumes less than you do. No worries. What else have you got tomorrow?"
