2012 Dean/Castiel Secret Santa Sign-ups

I'm pleased to welcome you once again to the Dean/Castiel Secret Santa Sign-Ups.
Why should you join? Simple! What better way to ring in the holiday season than with the gift of love, specifically Dean/Castiel love? We're here to offer you the chance to make another fan's day a little brighter by sharing your talent. The added bonus is you receive your very own present in return. Sound awesome?
A little info
Sign-ups will be accepted between October 10th, 2010 and October 31st, 2011. After that date, sign-ups will be closed. The gift assignments will then be sent out between November 1st and November 5th, 2011.
Completed gifts will be due no later than December 3rd. To submit your gift, email an appropriately formatted fic, artwork, or vid with intact headers to deancas.xmasmod at gmail.com
Please, refer to the Submission Guidelines and Templates post to learn how best to get your gift to the mods.
Once the mods recieve all participant gift submissions, posting begins. Each work will be posted anonymously by the mods between December 13th to December 24th with the grand Santa unmasking set to occur on January 14th.
If you have questions about other aspects of the exchange, please, visit the F.A.Q. Thorough though we may be, no one is perfect. Your question may not be answered in any of the admin posts. Please comment on the F.A.Q. post with any additional inquiries.

So, you want to participate in the yuletide Dean/Castiel extravaganza? Fantastic! Please, take a minute to read the rules and then Sign Up! Direct any questions you have about the exchange, the sign-up process, the deadlines here.
Be especially careful specifying your likes/dislikes because in addition to serving as the guidelines for your Secret Santa, the mods will be using the specs to appropriately match you. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone and will do our best to make certain each person receives a prompt they can at least wrap their head around. Please keep in mind, though, that the prompts are optional both for you and your Secret Santa. By providing them you can also give your Santa a general sense of what your tastes are if they aren't able to work with the provided prompt.

Pinch Hitters are the lovely folks we turn to if someone is unable to complete their assignment within the allotted time. The mods love pinch hitters. To sign up, please fill out the form here. Thank you so much for volunteering.
