Admin: Submission Guidelines and Templates
So, you've been a good little elf and have already completed your assignment? Then, please, take a moment and go through our submission guidelines so your work reaches the mods in a timely fashion. The faster they can categorize and prepare it for the upcoming posting the sooner everyone can enjoy all your hard work!
General info
The established deadline for all fanfic and art submissions is January 4th. You should post your gift to the AO3 collection and submit your headers no later than midnight on that date.
Fanfiction
When you are ready to send your headers to the mods, please, make sure to use this format on the subject of your email:
[FIC] For "Your Giftee Name" - "Title of your fic" by "your name"
Example: [FIC] For deancas.xmasmod - Have a very feathery Christmas! by littleXmasElf
Also, please include the following headers in the body of the message, leaving the HTML intact, so they can be cross-posted here on LiveJournal
