I don't think anything special, my subconscious just keeps bringing stupid stuff to my mind, and thoughts just pass thro.
I cannot sleep during the day, i'm purely a night sleeper (well, morning- to be exact. The time of the "night" when i sleep the best is approximately between four or five AM to ten AM). If i try to take a nap during the day it a disaster. First of all, falling asleep takes at least an hour, usually two or three, then i sleep half an hour or an hour, wake up and i'm like a zombie rest of the evening and feel like my stomach is full of rye bread xD
When i was working at central vacuum cleaner factory and doing sitting work i had same crash around one pr two. It was awful, I needed to have a nap so badly, but of course i couldn't. Hated that.
