Russian bloggers accuse authorities of cyberwar / State Blamed in LiveJournal Attack

Hmmm. *readies tinhat*

How is it you keep going down EXACTLY when I'm trying to post or comment anyway, LJ?

I want to know how it is that we're posting at the same time despite time zone differences. :P

Katherine, I suck at writing PMs at the moment, but now that you've so conveniently posted and I refreshed my flist before turning the computer off for the night:

1) Thank you for the new Firefox tip a while back! You are a lifesaver. :D

2) I finished all of the Ninth Doctor episodes! I HAVE MANY THOUGHTS. I will save them until I write you a decent PM, but I definitely have thoughts. And Mandy liked The Eleventh Hour so much that she's now watching Ninth Doctor episodes too! She's like your Whovian godchild...or something. I'm sleepy, that metaphor probably stinks. But you know what I mean. Probably. :P

*makes mental note to read Russian conspiracy links tomorrow and staggers off to bed*

Yes, it's quite an accomplishment, really. *g*

Well, I would hardly be one to talk when it comes to prompt replying! Don't stress, it's fine. :D

1) You're welcome! I'd be lost without my save tabs and I knew I couldn't be the only one.

2) I AM VERY INTRIGUED! I look forward to hearing them. I've been re-watching lots of Ten lately (and some Nine, a bit more sporadically) because it had been so very long since I'd seen them and I wanted to be actually able to recall episodes if you wanted to chat. :D

So awesome that Mandy has been infected with the Who bug too. I am proud. (Yes, I do know. I'm sleep-deprived too, maybe it helps!)

Hee. The links kind of amused me, because a) LJ being down made the news and b) I had no idea that it's apparently a hotbed of political debate on the Russian side of things. Half-picturing the Russian government waging alleged cyberwar on the basis of ficmemes and capslock comms...

It's what, fifteen, sixteen hours apart? Yet we manage to be online at the same time with bizarre frequency. :P

I don't think I've even logged into the JC in weeks. Bri said something a few days ago about a new fanfic mod and I was rather startled. I should probably go see what's up these days. :P

Save tabs is extremely, extremely important. I would miss it beyond words.

I just finished watching the first Ten episode! "Wait, that was rude. Is that what I am now? Rude and not ginger?" "No, sorry, that's The Lion King." "In my jim-jams! Very Arthur Dent." Oh, Ten, I adore you already. <3 I really need to write you properly so I can write my epic, epic thoughts. (For example: Grow a spine, Mickey. No, she's not coming back. As you've observed every other episode since ever. Move on, dude, move on. I have a whole new appreciation for Rory. :P ) And as a redhead, I really love that the Doctor wants to be ginger. :D ( ... )

Oh, same. Poor neglected JC. (Whoops, which reminds me that I owe replies. That's probably why I've been avoiding it... :p)

The Christmas Invasion is lots of fun and Ten is absolutely adorable. (I love the next part of the Arthur Dent line too, something about "Met him, nice chap." :p) I shall look forward to your epic thoughts! (Ah, Mickey! I'd forgotten what he's like in the first series. He is handled a bit better in s02, if it's any consolation?) And I think the Doctor has a bit of a thing for redheads, given that two of his four main companions in the new series are ginger. *g*

Hee, fair enough. (Oh, Empty Child. ~ARE YOU MY MUMMY?~ Moffat is good at bringing the creepy.)

LOL, Mythbusters. Something must be blown up first, though, else how will we know for sure!! (Mythbusters seems the kind of show that demands double exclamation points.) LJ seems to be cooperating for me, this hour at least. :p ( ... )
