Hello again, world. It's your faithful correspondent MK here. At least that's how they know me up here in Wisconsin - I believe if anyone called me Mary-Kathleen now I would barely recognize my own name

Your writing WILL help you. Writing help(s) me, too.
It has been a long time since I've talked to you, but I promise things will work out. They somehow always do, it seems.
The feeling of betrayal is part of my life as well. After I FINALLY graduated from Murray, I moved back into my parents. Of course, that included me to move back in with my parents, two younger brothers, and my brother's pregnant girlfriend, whom happens to be my EX. Life can be cruel, but the only way to live life is to move on. Remember, life is beautiful, no matter how dark the moments may be. There is always some light to shine on you.
Anyway, I miss you. I hope and pray things will get better for you soon. Take care!!
Wow - I can't imagine how I would feel if I were in your living situation. I understand the feeling of betrayal, yikes. Hopefully everything will work out for you - maybe you'll get a place of your own soon so that won't always be in your face! I hope to keep up the writing myself now that I have a lot more free time. Will keep me from caving in and calling him, since he's the one person I've known up here the whole time and who I've kind of depended on.
It's nice to hear that you're doing well and thinking positively - the last time I talked to you I remember you were not in a very happy place. I'm glad that you can find positive things in every situation. Thank you so much for your prayers and inspiring words. :-) I'm still on aim under bluejubilee if you ever want to chat.
My life is basic at the best right now. It feels very strange to write again - only now when I'm stuck alone with my own thoughts do I realize how long I've been pushing all the feelings down. It's almost as if I don't know myself anymore. Maybe that's normal - at the end of a relationship you have to reclaim yourself as one individual, not operating as half of something any longer. You're learning how to operate on your own again.
I haven't felt compelled to write anything of value for some time now. But I read what you wrote and realized that it spoke for me as well. Our situations are completely different, but the end result is the same. Maybe it's for different reasons, but the fact is, I think, life seems entirely ordinary right now. And that's not to say it's particularly bad--I'm happy. But it's just so bloody ordinary. Get up, go to work, come home, sleep. Wait for the weekend. Rinse and repeat. Maybe it's just since I'm out of school and moved into the so-called 'real world', where your entire life isn't shifted

Wow, yes, it was indeed a surprise to hear from you, haha. I actually didn't expect many responses at all since I've been silent on here for so long (but lurking, of course, heh)... so all these nice comments are uplifting to me

Thank you for posting a comment, it really means so much to me. Like I said above, I didn't know if I'd get a response at all, I just needed to get my feelings out. It's nice to know I have support and I'm not alone. I hope you have been doing well - I still keep up with your journal even though I haven't been updating mine. <3
