Admittedly, I cannot bring myself to read the BtVS comics (although I have strange love for the After the Fall comics; what's the math on that?), but I found the article interesting, and, you know, fitting for the community.

I saw a preview of The Golden Compass yesterday...EVERY henchman spoke in a foreign tongue and/or was an Indigenous extra. There were a few POC extras in the 'Gyptian camp, but the main speaking parts were Anglo's with liner and swarthy make-up.
