I'm still waiting for more pictures to be uploaded, but several people did stop and take pictures of my mask. :)
Minor change of plans for Y-con - we will be arriving the Monday before to have a bit of vacation beforehand. Unfortunately this means we'll have to head out around midday on Sunday. The underling who had that day is taking it off due to ( Read more... ) -
I'm a terrible person.
So they finally announce the dates for Y-Con this year, and lo and behold, someone had already requested that particular Sunday off. I'm ashamed that I actually asked if they would mind taking a different day so I could snag it off.
*hangs head* However, if necessary, I'll fly back to work a shift and then continue on my vacation. -

I got my hair dyed back to red over the weekend, and actually so much of it came out while the stylist was combing it out after washing it that she made me promise to go make a doctor's appointment to get my thyroid checked out. She'd had similar issues with her hair, skin, etc and that was the root cause of it ( Read more... ) -

Waiting for the spouse to finish dj-ing at the hookah bar for a friend's birthday.
Tonight, I intend to get a little writing done. Perhaps some sketching as well. Since I've been exercising, I've feeling more up to doing things like that. Still running into the same problem of getting off my ass and posting the results though. >.>

Mmm, laziness.
I snagged the LJ app for the iPhone, so I don't have to abandon Harold and Kumar while I look for a suitable soapbox to stand on.
And it has an automatic LJ-cut tool. <3
Anyways. I'll touch up the gun one more time and seal it before posting photos. As for the mask, I'm going to try and make a Queen of Hearts masquerade mask. Only time and ambition ( Read more... ) -
