Not sure if everyone's seen this already The 10 Nerdiest Deaths of Michael Shanks

I rewatched several Leverage eps from this past season last night.  One of my favorite scenes is from The Boiler Room Job when the mark can read from their body language that Nate and Sophie are sleeping together and outs them to the whole team.  Busted!  :-)

Poor Michael Shanks! And, yes, I have seen all of his "deaths" except the one from the Red Riding hood movie

I thought it was pretty humorous!

Regarding the 5 meals at 600 cal - keep in mind a lot of these people are men in their 20's, 6'2" and do 300 lb deadlifts everyday. Although it's hard to imagine anyone needing 3000 cal per day unless you're fighting a forest fire or something.
