Um... [Kon flinches from the touch as much as he can, eyes wide. He doesn't know this Jason, and they're always kind of unpredictable. But he keeps his voice steady when he talks]

Ah, no, sorry. [Kon sighs, relieved, and takes off the collar now his hands are free. He turns off the red sun device and curls his aura around himself. He's still naked, but he feels a little less exposed now]

[they're basic, leather (padded) bondage cuffs, and the collar is leather with a D-ring and a buckle on the back. Only the collar is glowing, and if Tim takes it off Kon, he'll see a little red light bulb, some circutry and a small battery, that are all between the outer leather layer and the inner lining]
