As much as Terry wanted to just go home and sleep or to check in with his friends, there was work to do. Like catching a helicopter with a malfunctioning tail rotor before it crashes into busy city streets below.

That's where he is now. With a bubble of violet energy surrounding the falling craft, the first male Star Sapphire's trying his best to stop the fall. He's slowing it but he's probably going to need a hand stopping it completely. Thankfully today the ring was nice enough to not put him in something stripperiffic. He's just picked a violet and white version of what he saw Kyle wearing during the final battle of Blackest Night.

The helecopter slows further, as blue-white light surrounds the helecopter, reinforcing the violet aura.

A woman in a costume akin to the one worn by Superman for a short time several years ago falls in beside Terry, focusing her energies into helping the helecopter make a gentle landing on the ground -- and for bonus points, in a side alley where it won't disrupt traffic.

Once the helecopter is safely on the ground, she smiles down to the people looking up at them below.

"Is everyone okay?" she asks.

When the pilot gives a shakey thumbs-up, the crowd cheers. She pats the other hero on the shoulder. "I'm just glad the two of us were able to be here to help." She turns to the other hero, speaking quietly enough that the people on the ground can't hear.

"I hope you don't mind me giving you a hand -- you looked like you could use it."

The sudden extra aura startles Terry but he's not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Once the helicopter is set down, he lands and lets out a little breath of relief. "Man, that was heavier than it looked," he chuckled. The crowd cheering has him especially thankful that he's not in anything stripperiffic.

He glances over when whispered to and gives a little smile. "Don't mind, needed it. Thanks...Superwoman?"

She smiles, shaking her head, somewhat embarrassed by the comparison. She was nowhere near Superman's class. "No... Strange Visitor." I really need a new name...

"And you are...?"

Last night, when all the madness had hit, there had been a lock-in party at a bowling alley. Over one hundred fifth grade students in a bowling alley when one of their Black Lantern classmates had show up. If not for some smart thinking from a kid and the cosmic bowling equipment stalling him until they escaped, more kids would have died. Only one last night, thankfully ( ... )

The woman in electrical blue descends on the scene, looking at the children. "Hi," she greets. "Everyone okay here?"

The children all let out a simultaneous "Yes ma'am" to the woman in blue. Atlee smiled at the kids as she shaped the blue chunk of agate into Sharon's form and handed it to Cissy. She sticks out her hand to Visitor, do initiate what she was told was called a "hand shake", a typical topside greeting.

"Hi. I'm Terra, who might you be?"

"Strange Visitor," she replies.

She's got to get a new handle.

"Nice to meet you, Terra." She shakes Cissy's hand, too. "And nice to meet you, too...?"

"Cissy!" Cissy introduces herself, then scampers off.

Sharon looks over Terra for a moment. "Keeping the kids in good spirits, huh? Good work."
