Hello all~ Sharing some icons and lots of wallpapers. I finally figured out to make some decent looking ones. They're still pretty simple, but much better than before. I hope you enjoy! :D

I need to ask ... why are resources in a separate place rather than credits on this post for the images that you've used before you edited them. A generic list doesn't point at where these particular images came from. The credit you ask for is way more specific than the credit you give.

And ... I gotta ask ... where did the Yamapi pamphlet scans, shop photos and mag scans come from in this post - especially the spread pages. I don't want to have to prove whether or not they're mine ... but if they are, I recently addressed this issue on my lj and would ask that you read it.

I'm wondering whether I really do need to make "no editing" a rule for my scans as well since they just keep turning up all around the place with people requiring credit for editing them.

I'm sorry if I offended you by not crediting on this particular post. I just put all of my credits in the same place because most of the scans I get are from the same people over and over and I remember names instead of links to which post they make for which particular scans. Some of my graphics posts have icons ranging from scans from 2000 to 2009 because I don't always make scans of the most recent magazines/whatever at once and therefore I'm not going to list every single person I get the scans from because that's too many and just ridiculous ( ... )

This is just my way of doing things, and I'm sorry if that does not match the view you addressed on your post about your scans.

Then maybe our philosophies on this just don't match because I do believe that if you can take and edit the images, a small acknowledgment on the post in question should not be that difficult.

And since we don't seem to be able to agree on this, then the easiest answer, particularly as you've mentioned that you are sourcing a huge supply of original scans, is that you just don't use my scans for your graphics.

That way you can credit as you wish, and you aren't going against my wishes either.

a;lskdnga I'm sorry, I really don't want to start a fight here. It's just that I did not realize you wanted your name specifically on the post with these icons since you say you don't ask for credit and you don't mind people making icons with your scans, just as long as people don't claim the scans as their own. I have not claimed the scans as my own, I just ask for credit for the icons I have created ( ... )
