Hello all~ Sharing some icons and lots of wallpapers. I finally figured out to make some decent looking ones. They're still pretty simple, but much better than before. I hope you enjoy! :D

I do know those Yamapi ones are from you, and I'm sorry for not crediting you on either post, I just have not gotten to adding the list of new scanners/uploaders. And it's not as though if someone asks me where I found a certain picture, that I am going to turn them away. I always personally find the exact post and link it back in a comment. This is just my way of doing things, and I'm sorry if that does not match the view you addressed on your post about your scans.
I hope you understand where I am coming from. I am not claiming your scans as mine and as I have pointed out I will be updating my resources post as soon as possible. If you want, I will be fine with crediting you directly for the Yamapi scans on this post as well. I'm sorry for not doing so before and thank you for pointing out your concern. :)

Then maybe our philosophies on this just don't match because I do believe that if you can take and edit the images, a small acknowledgment on the post in question should not be that difficult.
And since we don't seem to be able to agree on this, then the easiest answer, particularly as you've mentioned that you are sourcing a huge supply of original scans, is that you just don't use my scans for your graphics.
That way you can credit as you wish, and you aren't going against my wishes either.

As I said I would, I've added your name to the resource post. I am not the only graphics-maker that has a main resource post, either, so I don't see what's wrong with having one. I also added your name to this post and linked to the posts I got your scans from. As a graphics-maker, I truly appreciate the quality of the scans you offer fandom and I don't want to cause a mess here.
I'm sorry about this and I will be more careful in the future if you do not mind my using your scans again. If you do, I understand, but I wasn't trying to be rude, just pointing out that I credit differently and was unaware that you wished to be credited for your scans on this post.

The scans themselves are edited images, and I'm just wondering whether maybe I'm doing the wrong thing in just posting them and not using all the accepted etiquette of "graphics makers" since my scans are graphics. They are images that I have scanned, edited, made (in the case of many spreads - I have to create the missing bits), cleaned, resized, adjusted etc etc. They just happen to be larger than an icon.
I do understand that you weren't looking to upset me or anything ... and sorry that this has just landed in your post, but maybe I do need to get myself a set of guidelines when it comes to people using my graphics for their graphics.
I do know that graphics makers do use the generic resource post, but to me that just deflects the issue of credit because there's nothing on a resource page that tells you what relates to the images you've just been looking at. To me it's as specific as saying "I got this stuff off the internet". A credit to news_jpop for example, is so generic that no one would have clue where to find the whole images when it just makes sense that pictures of NEWS members could be found in a NEWS community.
However, there are some who do credit the source of images in any batch on the page at the bottom, along with other rules and requests for credit to the graphic maker - very much like how this page looks now.
Thanks for amending it, and hopefully we can find a happy middle ground, because I definitely don't want to lock down any of my scans.
