does she have friends tho?

i'm not a mom, and i don't remember what i was like when i was 11, but i would think that 11 is a weird age....you're not a kid and you're not teenager. i would think that you could go either way at that age.

maybe just see how she acts when school is back in session??

yes, she has friends, but she keeps it to seeing them at school. she used to have a friend she talked to on the phone, and visited for sleepovers etc.. but she doesn't really hang with her anymore.

Ya, maybe I'll observe her during school. And yes, 11 is a weird time.

I was kinda like that around my grandma, I was very shy and felt most comfort when I was around her.
