I'm so glad you got to go there! I can't upload the pictures in a reply like this, but my wife and I took similar pictures of the fountain and the Pantheon on May 26th, 2018. The pictures and video do not do it justice, especially the video because the fountain and the people are so loud :-)

The weather has been perfect so far. It's supposed to get hotter though starting tomorrow. I've learned to carry a water bottle with me.

They warned us about the crowds, but they were mindboggling by the fountain. I wanted to throw a coin in the fountain, but I gave up.
