House Hunting Part 1

I met the real estate person this morning. We looked at the two houses that were empty. The other two require 48 hours notice, so I’ll see them on Sunday. The first house would work.

The kitchen is pretty cool, I like it! But why is there a vent in the floor, seems like an odd place? What does that hole do?

It's a heat vent.

I see potential. I'd use the upstairs for an office, but that's because I like to look out the window and be a nosy neighbor.

Assuming that I get it (and I probably will), I'll probably change my mind about how to use the space five times before I move in. It would be a nice office.
