Kauai Trip Day 6: Hanalei Bay
Woke up at 4 AM. Ate oatmeal and went back to sleep. Woke up at 7.
The trust wants to move the meeting about buying a house to next week. I told them that I was free only Monday and Friday. We’re on for Friday.

I'm enjoying your Hawaii posts and photos. But the landlord thing - is this your rental in Urbana? When was the last time you were there? Maybe it's a good thing, because it's pushed you to look into buying your own place. Would you go back to Urbana when your mom's house is sold, or would you stay in Michigan?

This is my rental in Urbana. The last time that I was there was in May. I found a house that is similar to the one that I'm renting that is around the corner from it. I want to check it out when I'm in Urbana next week. Yeah, I would go to Urbana after my mom's house is sold, but I'll stay in Michigan until I buy a house in Urbana. So it's doable, but more complicated. I just rented a storage unit in Champaign, so it's a start. I need to find movers.
The helicopter ride makes me a little nervous, but the scenery should be cool.
