Bingo. I found a
yoga studio in my mom's area that takes drop-ins. Most of the classes are on Zoom, which I might not be able to do because there's no room in my mom's house, but there's an onsite candlelight yoga on Sundays which sounds restorative.

I mentioned assisted living, and she said that she needed to hang up. So no.

aw geez. My mother had a heck of a time with my Dad in later years. She was at her wits end. She ended up with no choice but, to have him committed to be evaluated. He had a form of dementia and had to go in to a nursing home facility. After about a year, he was content in the nursing home but, it was a struggle to get him to that point. Good luck.

One difference I'm finding between the US and Canada is that here (in Missouri) it's hard to buy stamps anywhere other than at a post office, whereas in Canada they're sold in a lot of places: convenience stores, drug stores, department stores. etc.

I think that some grocery stores and maybe Walmart sells stamps.
