I'm looking into the Mayo Clinic Diet. it has some simple meals that sound good to me. But I don't want to start a diet until after I finish moving and after I go to Mom's house. I had looked into the Christie Clinic's weight loss program, but that's low carb. Carle Clinic's weight loss program involves surgery.

Aldi crab rangoon dip is all over my Google search. I looked up crab rangoon to see what it was. I used to get a crab salad from the deli and liked it.
