I woke up at 5:30 AM and couldn't fall back asleep. So I got up and was showered and dressed before Mom got up.

That's funny that police offices don't answer. I mean, I know they have 911, but still, you'd think they would have someone answering their phones.

I've still never ridden in an Uber. The thing that puts me off is the rating system, how drivers want you to rate them and how they can rate you too. To me that seems to make the rating system a sham, since an honest review of a bad driver can result in a dishonest one of you as a passenger.

Yeah, I wanted to give the Uber driver a bad rating, but instead, I didn't rate him at all.

I've just caught up with your posts. I am so sorry for the hell you're going through. Really! I wish I could have been of some help to you. If I lived near enough would have come to take over some of this and help you.
