Value of naps: I love them. But, they often keep me from sleeping at night. I didn't listen to the podcast -- and I should -- but wonder if you have to be careful for how LONG you nap so that it doesn't impede on the next night's sleep. Naps seem to increase my insomnia at night.
Now that we're back in our house on Long Island, I should begin decluttering. I could use some good tips because it's overwhelming -- especially the clutter in our basement!!!

I would say keep working on it in little bits so as to not get overwhelmed.
