Aargh! It was a dark and rainy morning, and I drastically overslept. I logged onto my 10:00 meeting in pajamas.

Ran to the credit union at 5 PM. Planned to log on later, but I took a nap and slept through until morning. Woke up to ravening cats. Zara even meowed. (She's usually silent.)

Your body must have really needed that rest.

I was looking at electric vehicles last fall, but I think it's still too early, especially for people who drive long distances. It would certainly have added more days to my drive from Missouri to here I think. I'm hoping that the next time I need to buy a car, battery life will have increased significantly.

Yeah, I was looking at used Nissan Leaf electric cars, but they don't have the range to make a trip to my mom's house practical. Battery life is improving in the new electric cars, but they're expensive.

I planted rosemary and thyme outside a few years ago and they thrive beautifully even in winter. That said, we have extremely mild winters here.
