Madison?

Woke up eightish. Had a kitty squabble because both Mimi and Zara were peering at me from the doorway, and they were too close.

Mimi thinks that it's a work day because I woke up at the usual time, fed them, and I was sitting in the office posting to LJ. She's settled on my lap. I need to go eat breakfast, so I see some disappointment happening.

Yeah. He said that he wanted to see the effects of the vaccine. I hope that he'll get it now.

My town is about an hour's drive SW from Madison. It's a tourist spot. Many artists and galleries, beautiful landscapes due to it being in the Driftless area, wineries (too sweet for me, personally), Cave of the Mounds - if you do go to Madison I can make some suggestions.

Of course Madison itself is a pretty cool town, too.

I'm not going to be in Madison long, so I want to stick around the city proper. Maybe next time, I'll branch.out.

Madison is great area. College town, lots to do. But kind of a small town attitude.

A good small-town attitude, if I may barge in on this comment! People are very friendly and open. There is a large Asian community so there are a lot of Asian restaurants to choose from. (I'm missing Chicago's Mexican community.)
