It was a Mondayesque Monday. The person on call for the tickets opened by members of the consortium wasn't in during the morning, and I was the backup person. So I waded in and made some mistakes, but now at least I've done it (routed the tickets to appropriate queues). One step closer to being a "regular" staff member. But my computer was acting
