I had a doctor's appointment this morning. Apparently they are doing on-site visits now. Nothing very interesting to report. Just a med check. They were a little annoyed that I didn't get a mammogram last time. Now that I have the vaccine, I'll set up an appointment. I didn't feel like it was worth exposing myself to the sick people at the hospital

You shouldn’t get a mammogram until at least 4-6 weeks after the COVID vaccine since the vaccine can cause lymph node swelling which could result in false positives. I only found this out when I was trying to set up my mammogram appointment.

The school in Sardinia sounds like an amazing opportunity! How long would it be for? I think immersion is the best way to learn. I was still timid about my Spanish until I was 18 & in a room with about 5 Cuban relatives. It was tough the first few minutes & then I suddenly seemed to catch nearly everything they were saying and was even able to chime in. Every time I go to Central or South America, or speak with my relatives, I get even more comfortable with it. Good luck!

The school is for a week or longer. It's by the week. I won't be able to do it for a while though because people from the US aren't able to go to Italy yet. Plus I need to save up the money.
