I found that after a few months of lower carb (not even full low carb!) I often found some sweets to be TOO sweet, which is something I NEVER experienced before.
I use a ninja for my morning smoothies and I love it! I usually just buy frozen stuff and toss them in, but the pre-portioned stuff seems really nice.

The smoothie recipe that I'm looking at isn't pre-packaged, but it says to put powders in it
